  Ridicilous customer service. I have to pay 30% more for the shoes that I had returned. I did return a pair of shoes for NOT MORE than A WEEK purchasing & only ONCE WORN outside (put into the box after I felt painful on my foot). Nothing's wrong with the shoes, it is just because my left foot is shaped bit differently. I think I need wider model (at the fingers-end-side). They said that the return policy is not more than 14days purchasing & unworn outside. I told them honestly that I worn ONCE outside a day after purchasing. It is a good shoes anyway, I just need bit different shape when it feels painful. I don't want my money back, I offered to replace other shoes which the shape is suit for me. The fact is they gave me different shoes that I chosed to replace. They are same price, but I still need to pay 30% extra because I returned previous one with the condition worn ONCE. Thanks for your help anyway, never came back again to your store.
