  However two weeks ago I arrived home late on the Sunday evening to discover that the toilet was again leaking, this time water was pouring from the cistern into the toilet bowl. I turned off the tap but the water kept pouring into the toilet bowl. To say that I was worried would be putting it mildly. I had to flush the toilet every so often to avoid the water level in the bowl increasing. I sent an email to Centenary Real Estate Jindalee and was very happy to receive an email from Michelle on Monday morning advising that she would arrange for a plumber to come out the same day.

  The staff is always helpful and friendly and it is a pleasure to come in on a Saturday to pay rent and be greeted with a friendly smile or a ‘hello how are you’. I have been lucky enough for the past couple of months to have Michelle working when I come in and we always put the world to right and have a few good laughs.

  I bought my house in Riverhills from Centenary Real Estate. Their office staff were all friendly and informative. Leela was the agent who sold me my house, she took me on private inspections, and made buying my first home a wonderful experience.

  I called your office yesterday at 8.30am to report a broken hot water tank. Within 45 minutes the plumber had called me to arrange to come out at 12pm. They took a look at the tank and reported back to your office. One hour later they called me to say that you had received approval from the owner for them to go ahead and replace the tank. You were back in 5 minutes with the new tank. By 3pm the plumber had installed, the electrician had connected and they were all gone and even got on their hands and knees to clean any mess left on the floor.

  Unfortunately we do not pass on compliments as often as we should so I would like to say that Michelle is an absolute pleasure to know and I look forward to many more years of excellent customer service and having a good laugh on a Saturday.
